Biography

Hans-Dietrich Genscher was a German politician (FDP). From 1969 to 1974, he was Federal Minister of the Interior. From 1974 to 1992, he was Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs and Vice Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany.
